I believe mental health support should feel safe, comfortable and human — not like a scary viva exam where you’re afraid of giving the wrong answer. I aim to create a warm and empathetic space where individuals can express themselves openly and comfortably. I’m naturally approachable, understanding and someone who genuinely enjoys meaningful conversations and listening to people’s perspectives. Outside psychology, I enjoy exploring new places and cafes, music and occasionally romanticizing life a little more than necessary. I have experience in both clinical and counseling settings, and my approach mainly incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) techniques in a practical and client-centered way.
