I am a psychologist specializing in assessing and treating a wide range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship issues. I conduct psychological assessments, develop individualized treatment plans and use evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness-based approaches.
